About CompareHOAManagers
Independent data for HOA boards and homeowners across 6 states.
Our Mission
Finding the right HOA management company is one of the most important decisions a board makes — yet the information available is often scattered, outdated, or biased toward paid advertising. CompareHOAManagers was built to fix that.
We aggregate data from public government sources across six states and present it in a clear, searchable format so boards can make better-informed decisions. No ads. No paid placements. No commissions.
What We Do
Every state we cover has its own licensing or registration regime for HOA management companies. We collect those records, cross-reference them with state HOA and condo registries where available, and publish profiles for each licensed firm. For each company you can see:
- Licence number, status, and expiry date
- How long they have been licensed
- Which county they operate in and how many competitors are nearby
- An estimated portfolio of communities served (where registry data allows)
- Google rating and review count (where available)
- Any state enforcement actions on record

What We Are Not
We are not a directory that charges for listings. We are not affiliated with any state licensing agency, trade association, or management company. We do not receive commissions when you contact a company. The data on company profiles reflects official public records — not marketing claims.
Our Values
Transparency
We show you exactly where our data comes from and acknowledge its limitations. Government databases have gaps — we document them.
Independence
No paid placements, no "sponsored" rankings. Companies appear based on public data, not on whether they have paid us.
Accuracy
We refresh from state registries regularly and cross-check multiple data sources. If you spot an error, we want to know.
Homeowner-first
Built for boards and homeowners, not for management companies. The site is designed around the questions boards actually ask.
